I used to have trouble sleeping due to stress and anxiety. When I took up meditation I used the Meditation Oasis podcasts which lead me to their fabulous apps. The meditations included with this app have been very helpful. Sometimes I turn it on, do as Mary says, and before I know what hit me its morning. Its been a lifesaver. I should mention that I also take melatonin and use other techniques like journaling or reading right before bed, in case thats helpful to anyone.
